When a rooftop restaurant stages a multi-sensory journey instead of just dinner, you're no longer in the hospitality business ....you're in the world-building business!

The place looks amazing, hope to visit it during my trip to San Fran later this year!

The Riviera Maya has been running a version of this for twenty years. Beach clubs selling the loungers, hotels selling the ceramics, restaurants doubling as galleries, all of it built around the guest going home with a lifestyle they can try to reconstruct in pieces. What is new here is the scale and the limestone. Palo Alto is a new market for the pattern, which is why it reads as fresh. What matters is what happens after the second visit. When the choreography stops being discovery and becomes a Sunday habit, that is where the object purchases kick in or do not. That is where the model will prove itself.
