As a I reflected on how gratitude can boost wellbeing - by shifting our focus from what we don’t have to what we do – I began to think of those who don’t have as many choices as I do in life.
I have sponsored a beautiful girl Tripohnia from MCM for over 5 years now! What a joy to give and to be able to make someone’s life by giving just a small amount monthly.
